Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sharamagifts.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photographs of the defective or damaged item.
Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
